Save the Date for our Stallion Stampede: Carnival & Silent Auction on Saturday, April 12th from 11AM-3PM!!

WRISTBANDS:

WRISTBANDS: A wristband provides unlimited access to all games, rides, and activities EXCEPT for the Silly String Zone, Concessions, Dunk Tank, and Food Trucks. Children 2 and under do not need a wristband to participate.

Wristbands will be sold for $25 on the day of the carnival (general admission) and $20 on the day of the carnival (Pre-K / 4 and under)

No refunds will be given for unused wristbands and tickets. In the event of bad weather and cancellation of the Carnival, please view your purchase as a donation to the WSE PTO.

SILLY STRING: Silly String can be purchased early on the day of the Carnival for $3.

CONCESSION CASH: The WSE Concessions (drinks and snacks) will ONLY accept tickets. Food trucks will NOT accept Concession Cash.

Concession Cash will be sold for $1 each.

FOOD TRUCKS:

Foreign Policy Food Truck - burgers & fries

Kona Ice Food Truck - shaved ice desserts

Sammie Joe's - creole kitchen

VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED!!

We are in need of volunteers to help the day of the Carnival to make sure our event run safely and smoothly! Please review the available slots in the links below and click on the button to sign up.

Adult Volunteer Sign Up

Please note that there is help needed Friday, April 11th. We are also in need to tailgating tents, coolers, and folding tables. This sign up can be found under Friday, April 12th. Please drop those items off on Friday, the 11th at the front of the school.

We are also in need of High School Volunteers! Have fun and get volunteer hours!

PREORDER DISCOUNT WRISTBANDS & TICKETS PICKUP INFORMATION

Purchase Pre-sale wristbands and tickets until April 10th. Pre-sale wristbands & tickets purchased until 4/5 will have the option to pick up on the day of the event or to be sent home with your student (on 4/9). All other online purchases will be picked up the day of the event.

Stallion Stampede: Sweet Stroll

We would love to collect baked goods, store bought and homemade to hold a Sweet Stroll (kids get a chance to win baked goods) at our 2025 Stallion Stampede Carnival.
